The liquid glass absorbs only about 40-45% of the heat during the founding process, while the heat contained in the exhaust fume accounts for 30% of the total. Our system can utilize up to 65-80% of the heat in the exhaust fume.

By the end of 2013, there were 210 float glass production lines in existence and under construction in China, among which over 130 used heavy oil as the main fuel and the rest used natural gas, coke gas and furnace gas as the fuel.
